Daily dosage:

How to prepare the goat:
- Prepare water at 45-50°C
- Measure 120-150g of the preparation for each liter of water
- Stir the mixture vigorously with a whisk until a uniform consistency is obtained
- Check the temperature of the milk
- Serve the ready preparation at 38-39°C
